You contact me - there are a few button options located on this site - and I will get back to you within 2 business days so we can schedule your free discovery call.

Discovery Call - Simply put, this is where you brief me on your project needs and we have the opportunity to see if working together feels like a good fit.

We're a fit! I will now put together a price quote laying out the scope of the project and if we agree, it's time for me to get to work.
During the project

I will be researching, drafting, and writing with you and your brand/message in mind.

Any necessary follow-up questions will be asked until I send you a first draft on or before our agreed upon time frame.

If revisions are needed, back to work I go; revising until you are 100% satisfied.
Upon Project completion

Final product is delivered to you - Yay!

I will send out an invoice for services rendered and we both sit back with smiles (and maybe a glass of wine).
